The Colorado Event Alliance is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization that provides financial assistance through donations to those working in Colorado's special event industry -  giving away nearly $1 million since our inception.

CEA serves event industry professionals such as event production, catering, staffing, serving, sales, audio visual and more, the CEA is here to provide situational financial assistance to members of Colorado's live special event community when in need.

Do I qualify? 

To qualify for support and assistance, an applicant must have worked in Colorado within the special event industry as their primary form of income (at least part-time) for an Independent, Colorado-owned event business for at least one year within the past two years. 

Applicants seeking assistance are asked to fill out an online form, referencing their need and amount. (Example: "The applicant is requesting $312 to pay utility bill that is past due.") Under normal circumstances, the applicant will receive an initial response within 72 hours
